BI Engineering is a major supporter of the full range of UK military vehicle clusters through its supply of OEM requirements and spares for all in service platforms.

BI Engineering has a close working relationship with various design authorities, including the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (DSTL).  We design, manufacture and build to print, bar armour vehicle force protection systems, as fitted on current in service armoured and commercial vehicles.

We also specialise in military vehicle cooling systems offering a design,
manufacture and refurbishment service for:

• coolant to air radiators
• oil to air coolers
• oil to coolant heat exchangers
• high performance evaporators and condensers.

Storage media, material handling and auxiliary equipment also form part of our supply scope.  In addition we have developed portable and static containers, with flexible internal storage systems for a variety of applications.
BI Engineering has teams of experienced skilled personnel able to undertake the fitting of vehicle modification kits, either at our own approved facilities in Wellingborough or on site at military establishments worldwide.

Defence contracts held by the company range from single line item purchases to multiple item 5 year enabling arrangements.
